Training and Consultancy
Embracing neurodiversity can bring countless benefits. Harnessing the skills of neurodivergent thinkers can unlock a wealth of creativity, innovation and fresh solutions within your organisation. At Illuminate Inclusion, we support businesses and charitable organisations who are looking to become more inclusive for their employees, visitors, customers and service users.
Neurodivergent individuals are often known for their creative thinking and innovative approach to solving problems but, in order to thrive in their profession, they need their working environment to be accessible. Creating an inclusive workplace involves removing barriers that may be preventing participation for employees with different needs and providing accommodations to ensure everyone has equal opportunities to succeed. This may involve making adjustments to physical spaces, providing different resources to ensure digital accessibility, introducing flexible work arrangements or implementing policy or procedural changes to foster an inclusive culture.
